Special features of the Broadwater range include unique burners cast in 316 stainless steel and all stainless steel tube plumbing. Fiddle rail, potholders, gimbals, and gimbal locks are standard on all stoves, as are flame failure safety devices on all burners, including the oven and griller. Electronic ignition is standard on all burners.The stoves are easily maintained, have welded joints, no sharp edges, double glazed safety glass oven doors, double wall ovens with Rockwell insulation in the walls and the largest and most effective griller of any marine stove.
